Speaker Stands for Home Improvement

I used my 3D printer to create custom stands for two speakers that didn’t come with mounting solutions. The Panasonic soundbar, a gift from a family member, lacked both its original stand and wall-mounting materials, while the small speaker was purchased to listen to audio on the computer without relying on headsets. Both speakers kept falling over.

To fix this problem, I used SolidWorks to create two CAD models. The most challenging was the Panasonic Soundbar Stand because there were two angles to account for, the table and the soundbar itself. I had to precisely measure the dimensions of both the table and the soundbar. Then I used basic trigonometry to calculate the angle at which both would meet.

For the small speaker stand, I simply used a caliper to measure the width and make sure that the bottom of the monitor would hold it in place.
